As Anambra removes Peter Obi's campaign billboards due to an alleged debt, LP criticizes Soludo.

The purported inability of Obi to pay the State Government was the reason for the action.

The Anambra Signage and Advertising Agency (ANSAA) removed the billboards installed in various locations' important locations over the weekend.

However, the LP claimed that Governor Charles Soludo had ulterior motivations when he ordered the dismantling of the billboards.

Obi and Umeh's enormous billboard at the Unizik temporary Site Flyover was taken down by ANSAA on Saturday, according to one of the party's chieftains who did not want to be named.

"The billboard at UNIZIK Temporary Site Junction was dismantled today (Saturday) on orders from Soludo," he stated.

"The advertisement was completely paid for and placed by an APCON authorized advertising agency.

Soludo declared that he did not want a Labour Party advertisement in such a prominent location and he commanded the Anambra Signage Agency to return the funds paid for the advertisement.

He also mandated that the Labour Party's advertisement at the Afor Nnobi Gantry be taken down. This advertisement has been running since October 2022 and it has been five months.
