Fire Outbreak in TCN

On Thursday night the 14 of September 2023, there was an incident involving fire at the Transmission Company of Nigeria transmission substation in Birnin-Kebbi, Kebbi State.

The 330 kilovolt (kV) plant was reportedly consumed by the inferno, while the immediate cause is yet unknown.

Nafiu Abubakar, a spokesman for the Kebbi State Police Command, told Channels Television on Friday that the incident was true.
