Additionally present were Senators Barau Jibril, Adeola Olamilekan Yahyi, Opeyemi Bamidele, Dayo Adeyeye, Sabi Abdullahi, and Adelere Oriolowo, as well as Hon. James Faleke, Babajimi Benson, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, and the Secretary of the recently disbanded Presidential Campaign Council.
I'm glad to be back," the President-elect remarked as he addressed the audience at the airport. I've had a nap, and I feel relaxed and prepared for the work ahead.
“Forget about what the rumour mill may have told you. I’m strong, very strong.”
When questioned about his goals for the nation, he stated that he had been planning and consulting in order to assemble a solid team so he could get started right away after taking office on May 29.
After a busy campaign and election season, the President-elect left the country on March 21 for a vacation in Paris.
